In the idyllic Trasadingen, we offer you your new home in a family-friendly, new single-family house quarter. 5 single-family houses and 2 semi-detached houses are being built.

Our project proposal related to a part of the semi-detached house offers the following room layout:

Basement: Spacious entrance hall with stairs to the ground floor
Technology/laundry room with heating air/water heat pump (underfloor heating), inverter for PV system, boiler, washing machine, and sink
Two large cellar rooms

Ground floor: Entrance with stairs to basement and upper floor
Guest toilet
Kitchen with cooking island
Office
Living and dining room with large, floor-to-ceiling window fronts leading to the covered seating area or into the garden

Upper floor: Corridor with stairs to ground floor
Large parental bedroom with dressing room
Two spacious rooms
Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, and double sink

Optional:
An extended room program is possible on request: For example, a built-in carport or a single garage, also an attic floor with a flat roof can be implemented.
