The house will be available from 1. August 2023 until 31. July 2026 (prolongation might be possible). It is a city house of 135m2 with 5 rooms (4 bedrooms), 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower), 2 terrasses and a fireplace – the rooms are distributed on 4 different floors. An underground parking spot and a bike storage room are included.Ideally situated in a very calm street (so-called “Spielstrasse” where the speed for cars is limited to 20km/h so that kids can safely play outside) with many playgrounds accessible within a couple of minutes. Schools (Kindergarten and Elementary school) are in walking distance of under 3 minutes. Less than 5 minutes to Tram 2 station “Bachmattstrasse” and 10 minutes walking distance to the train station “Bahnhof Altstetten”. The house is rented fully furnished (not exactly as shown on the photos, as furniture was upgraded in the meantime – especially the kid’s rooms are now more suitable for a bit older kids). Also not visible on the pictures are several desks (including screens) we set-up in 3 different rooms to allow a comfortable working from home set-up.
